What began as a precocious childhood friendship between Kurt Nash and Pat Weber has evolved into a solid business partnership motivated by the desire to provide quality and value to business owners. To PK Salt Construction, a handshake means something.

  • Kurt excels at translating ideas into the real world and leading the team toward a unique design goal. With a degree from UW-Stout’s Construction Management program and years of hands-on experience gained while working for a general contractor, he’s got the perfect mix of theoretical and practical construction knowledge to make him a successful project manager.

    Kurt’s tight-knit circle of friends and family motivates him to work hard, and Kurt loves to cook meals for his wife and three energetic daughters.

  • Pat brings exceptional skill, work ethic, and patience to all aspects of commercial construction projects, and always approaches each individual client with respect. Pat adapts and excels no matter the hurdles that may appear during a project to ensure not just customer satisfaction, but customer elation.

    Heeding his father’s urging to do things himself has led Pat to build a successful construction career and a beautiful family, plus lifelong friends who inspire him to be the best he can be.
